Key Summary: Windsor Wallet is a non-custodial software application. We do not collect personal identities, real names, email addresses, or private keys. Your financial privacy is guaranteed by design.
1. Data Non-Collection Statement
Unlike centralized financial services, Windsor Wallet operates entirely client-side. We do not create user accounts, nor do we record your Personal Identifiable Information (PII). Your funds and private key credentials never leave your local device.
2. Information Processed Locally
- Private Keys & Seed Phrases: Encrypted locally on your device hardware (e.g., Secure Element / HSM).
- Transaction Data: Publicly broadcast directly to the underlying blockchain nodes without passing through central servers.
3. Minimal Technical Telemetry
To ensure RPC connectivity and service availability, standard network logs (such as IP address, requested RPC endpoints, and client version) may be temporarily processed by public node infrastructure. These logs are never tied to individual identities.
Terms of Service
Important: You maintain 100% control over your cryptographic keys. Losing your seed phrase means permanent loss of access to your assets. Windsor Wallet cannot restore or reset your keys.

Windsor Wallet provides a software interface for users to interact independently with supported public blockchains. Windsor Wallet does not hold custody of, manage, or hold title to any digital assets.
2. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for securing your device, recovery phrase (mnemonic), and PIN/Password.
- You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed by the network.
- You agree not to attempt reverse engineering or utilizing the platform for unlawful activities.
3. Disclaimer of Liabilities
Windsor Wallet is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses caused by hardware failures, user error, compromised devices, or network-level disruptions.
AML & KYC Statement
Non-Custodial Architecture Notice: Windsor Wallet does not act as a financial intermediary, broker, or custodian, and does not conduct fiat conversion or custody operations.
1. Decentralized & Self-Hosted Nature
Because Windsor Wallet is a self-hosted client tool, we do not perform identity verification (KYC) or hold account records for individual wallet addresses. Transactions occur directly between users and the public decentralized blockchain networks.
2. Anti-Illlicit Activity Policy
While Windsor Wallet does not collect identity data, we strictly discourage the use of our interface for illegal transactions. Users must comply with their local jurisdiction's anti-money laundering (AML) and sanctions laws (e.g., avoiding interaction with sanctioned addresses).
Security Audits & Architecture
Security First: Windsor Wallet is built with hardware-level security enforcement and strict cryptographic isolation.
1. Client-Side Encryption
All private key derivations follow standard HD Wallet protocols (BIP-39 / BIP-44 / SLIP-0010). Private keys exist only in encrypted state within local storage, protected by local OS biometrics or PIN code.

- Static & Dynamic Code Analysis: Regular security scans conducted prior to every minor and major version release.
- Zero Remote Storage: Core seed generation routines execute completely offline on-device without third-party network dependency.
